new poatoes and broad beans

We planted new potatoes and broad beans two weeks before the Easter half term and now all are growing well.

We have made 2 new planters built and they were made out of the recycled wood from the old garden that was not rotten and filled with soil.

pansys

We grow Grew pansy plugs in bio biodegradable pots for Hordle parish council to go on the Hordle War memorial in time for Sunday.
The first made planting labels that look like grave crosses. While we filled the planting beds with horse manure and leaf mulch to protect the plants from the frost because this would kill the plants.

·      At the beginning of term we moved the shed from the old garden to the new garden, put the furnishings in.

·      In the new garden we put up the flower beds and filled them with soil and planted garlic, shallots and broad
